I am a securitisation specialist, with extensive experience advising on all forms of asset-backed structures with a particular focus on portfolio acquisitions/disposals, residential mortgage-backed securitisations (RMBS), new origination/forward flow warehousing arrangements, credit card securitisations and collateralised loan obligations (CLOs).I have built a successful relationship with a top US bank since joining Simmons, advising them on deals ranging from portfolio acquisitions, RMBS transactions to refinancings of existing transactions. I have also worked on some of the most high-profile portfolio acquisitions in the UK/European market in the past year with both sell-side and buy-side clients. I also have significant experience (from my previous firm) advising on credit card securitisations for both originators and lenders and European CLOs.
