Having worked in the construction industry since leaving school I have almost 25 years experience in house building sector. Starting off as a labourer and then a telescopic forklift operator on site I found myself wanting to get in to the management side of the industry which I have now been doing for 12 years. Having studied my diploma NVQ level 6 in residential construction management with the NHBC and also having all relevant qualifications such as LOLER,SMSTS,TG 2013 SCAFFOLD INSPECTIONS,SNAGGING AND DEFECTS (NHBC),FIRST AID,FIRE WARDEN,NVQ LEVEL 2 (BLUE CARD) TELESCOPIC FORKLIFT OPERATOR.I have been involved in some small and large scale developments from site set up all the way to handover and customer service. I have a substantial amount of experience with private and housing associations. I thrive on handing over the perfect home to the customer along with making sure their customer journey is beyond all expectations. I consider myself a strong team player and hold Health and Safety absolute paramount.
