Leading, motivating and developing a team of 15 Relationship Coordinators with responsibility for meeting targets and KPIs in relation to first appointment bookings for Financial Consultants (FC) and Quality Standards• Project Lead on CRM Implementation, System and Data Migration projects from capture of business requirements, to testing, build and training delivery through to post implementation• Designing and delivery of Skills training on subjects including Products, Customer Services, Complaints Handling and Systems• Delivering New Business Financial Consultant induction courses and supporting the Training department where required• Building strong relationships with Area Managers and FCs by attending meetings and keeping in regular contact to support the achievement of required sales conversions to maximise business results• Providing coaching and performance reviews for the team, agreeing individual development plans and calculating bonus entitlements for submission to Payroll • Managing recruitment across all sales and administrative teams including CV reviews, interviews, candidate assessment and liaising with external recruitment agencies• Carrying out Compliance Monitoring and Quality Checks including the completion of Risk Assessments to identifying risk and minimise exposure• Supporting the department in the design, development and implementation of process improvements, and provide associated training to the affected teams• Collaborating with external departments to gain performance feedback, monitor team calls to audit quality of service and audit internal processes against compliance standards
