I am a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans where I serve as the chair of the firm\'s Litigation Group, as well as the chair of the firm\'s Construction Law Group. I focus my practice on litigating construction, commercial and real estate disputes. I have been the lead counsel in jury and bench trials in federal and state court. And, I\'ve served as lead counsel in several arbitration proceedings, many of which involved construction issues.
