Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Manager (Si & Op) @Safran

I’m the department head for the planning department, orchestrating the S & OP process and change governance as well as leadership for the OE planning, aftermarket demand planning, MRO piece part planning and MRO scheduling. Within the scope I am also responsible for the supply chain an operations analytics including inventory management and resource planning (RCCP). The main activity is to ensure the demand plan, resource plan and MPS / MRO forecast are aligned with budgeted sales, completing the 5 year Mid-term plan and supporting budgeting process, setting improvement roadmaps, collating risks & opportunities through monthly cycle and ensuring S & OP cycle timelines & change management is executed effectively. My main achievements in the role is developing the S & OP maturity using SAFRAN best practices. I have developed our budgeting process linking to the 5 year mid term plan (inventory, working capital and RCCP). Finally I project managed Syncron aftermarket demand planning tool implementation which was delivered on time in budget. This was a great opportunity to improve our aftermarket planning processes allowing more automatic processing and tailoring of service level based on VAU (value annual usage).
