During my internship with the Customer Service Engineering team at Innomotics, I gained a wealth of practical experience with Medium Voltage Drives (MVDs). I explored the intricacies of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), analyzing their components on the manufacturing floor to understand how they optimize energy consumption, reduce operational costs, and boost motor efficiency.I also led several key projects:• Laboratory Support: I assisted with the relocation of the drive simulation laboratory and designed new parts for the HA Drive Simulator using AutoCAD, gaining valuable hands-on experience.• Data Analysis: I completed a complex research project using Snowflake to repurpose customer service support data. My findings helped shape the department\'s strategic direction, improving efficiency.• Office Design: I created AutoCAD layouts to optimize space for the New Kensington office renovation. My final revision was used in the final space planning discussion and submitted to the project architects.I\'m excited to continue my work with the team part-time during my final two semesters at the University of Pittsburgh.
