My role it to support my clients with their business and technology goals by connecting them with our in-house resource, as well as our network of partners and vendors, to build out bespoke solutions tailored to their individual needs. I take great pride in delivering a high level of service to all my clients and always strive to provide the best results possible, both technically and from a commercial perspective, building long lasting partnerships along the way based on mutual trust.Notable accomplishments during my time at Softcat so far include winning the company wide Account Manager of the month award, as well as the Account Manager of the year award for my local office in Leeds. Outside of work, I love nothing more than getting out for hikes in the countryside to unplug and unwind after a week working in the fast paced world of IT.
