I have 32 years experience in Executive Casino Management as a General Manager, Assistant GM, Director of Operations, Director of Gaming, and a Director of Marketing. I have worked half my career in Commercial Gaming and the other half in Tribal Gaming. My vast knowledge and great success in the casino business qualifies me as an expert in the field. Gaming is my passion which I bring to every role I am in. Leading a group of talented people to make a property the best it can be is my specialty. I studied Business in college and received my degree with an emphasis in Marketing. I\'ve applied what I learned there but built my knowledge of the casino business by working hard and learning from some of the best in the business. I apply my experience and education everyday to growing gaming businesses. Knowing and accurately predicting your guests needs and filling them with exciting experiences is the key to my success.
