Managed the full lifecycle of SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow platforms, from initial design and implementation to ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and support. This involved not only the technical aspects of keeping the systems running smoothly but also strategic planning to ensure the platforms continued to meet the evolving needs of the organization. For instance, I led the effort to upgrade our IdentityNow instance to the latest version, which required careful planning, testing, and communication with stakeholders to minimize disruption.• Spearheaded the onboarding of 40+ applications into IdentityNow, collaborating with application owners and business stakeholders to understand unique access requirements, map user attributes, and configure the platform for automated provisioning and de-provisioning. Successfully navigated complex integrations with legacy systems and applications using non-standard authentication methods. Researched and implemented custom connectors or leveraging APIs to bridge the gap between IdentityNow and the target systems. One example was integrating a legacy mainframe application Siemens Opcenter that required a deep dive into its security protocols and data structures.
