I manage the office division for HPI overseeing the leasing, and management of the HPI office portfolio of approximately 5 million square feet and 80 professionals in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. Additionally, I source and asset manage HPI investments in the office market including the sf San Clemente development, The Summit at Lantana, and HPI\'s most recent office development Domain Tower a sf office building which was completed July of 2018. We also are in the city approval and planning stage of another sf at the Domain. HPI acquired Ross Tower in Dallas in 2016. Ross is 1.1 million square foot CBD office building. HPI clients and partners include PGIM, LaSalle, Spear Street Capital, TA Realty, Stonelake Capital, Alberta Teachers Retirement Fund and Invesco. In 2019 HPI\'s office division has a 3.5 million sf of third party management and leasing assignments in addition to the HPI owned assets.
