I began my career working in physical therapy clinics, where I saw firsthand the importance of accessible, high-quality care - and the challenges people face navigating insurance just to get the help they need. That experience sparked my passion for health and wellness and ultimately led me to employee benefits. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve specialized in building benefits structures for tech companies, and I now lead global benefits at a fast-paced cybersecurity company. My early exposure to healthcare still shapes my approach today—especially when it comes to supporting employees in understanding and using their benefits, including access to physical therapy and musculoskeletal care. I focus on designing equitable, high-impact programs that support the full spectrum of wellbeing: physical, mental, and financial.From navigating complex global healthcare systems to launching innovative wellness initiatives, I focus on building strategies that meet the diverse needs of a hybrid, distributed workforce. I believe benefits should reflect a company’s values—and when done right, they can improve lives, boost engagement, and drive business success.My collaborative approach with HR Business Partners and senior leadership in interpreting engagement survey data has resulted in targeted action plans, addressing unique organizational challenges. This has not only fortified our internal structures but also contributed to Barracuda\'s ethos of protecting customers with innovative IT-security solutions.
