   I am the newest Principal at Capital Detention Systems. I bring a wealth of experience in Correctional Management and Security Procedures. I recently retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons with over 24 years of experience. I served as Captain for 9 years at two facilities, the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City and at the Federal Correctional Institution in Bastrop, Texas. I am an instructor in all manner of security procedures as well as certified with the Incident Command System (ICS). I developed and wrote policy and procedures, as well as trained staff on these items. Prior to starting with the Federal Prison System, I was an Ordained Minister, working in churches as Associate Pastor, Youth Director and Music Director. I bring a wealth of knowledge in various management and instructional skills.
