ABOUT SAM HARRIS
Sam is a senior associate in the Real Estate group of Mayer Brown\'s London office. He advises both domestic and overseas clients on a wide variety of real estate matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, property development, corporate transactions and all aspects of landlord and tenant work. Sam works on a variety of asset class ranging from logistics to prime London office and “high-end” retail. On the investment side, Sam’s notable transactions include advising British Land on the sale of the “Cheesegrater” for £1.15 billion as well as numerous logistics acquisitions and disposals for Cabot Properties including the sale of their first UK portfolio of industrial properties to London Metric for £116 million. He also acted for AT & T on the sale of its cross-border colocation data centre business to Brookfield for $1.1 billion.Sam also advises British Land on the management of its prime central London mixed use campus Paddington Central as well as other “high-end” landlord and tenant work for both institutional landlords and corporate occupiers. Sam has also developed a significant expertise in the flexible office and co-working space having acted for both WeWork and Storey by British Land.
