As the VP of Business Solutions at GL Solutions, I lead a team of regulatory SaaS professionals who support the mission of state regulatory agencies across the country. With over two years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed the implementation and support of our GL Suite software, a licensing and permitting solution that serves various clients, such as child and family services, boards of accountancy, cosmetology boards, and emergency services. I hold a MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, with a focus on sports business. I leverage my education and skills in new business development, team building, and technical support to help GL Solutions achieve its vision of transforming employee engagement, public safety, and licensee satisfaction for regulatory agencies. I also contribute to the industry knowledge and expertise of GL Solutions by hosting the Talkin\' SaaS podcast, where I interview regulators and share best practices and insights. I am passionate about helping agencies run, grow, and adapt, and providing them with the technological tools and guidance they need.
