Seven years\' experience of working within offender management in the prison estate and Youth Offending Service; and looking to use the knowledge and skills learned to support my role as a Safeguarding Professional.In addition, I studied a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Psychology with my dissertation focusing on gang members\' attitudes towards females. Added to this, I have a legal background to further support my knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.I have the passion and enthusiasm to help people succeed and looking to use my management skills to expand my knowledge and experience.
