With a keen awareness of detail and time sensitivity, Sam served as vice president of operations for Newland overseeing design and engineering aspects as well as parcel sales and negotiations of large-scale development agreements for the $5 billion Symphony Park, an anchor of downtown Las Vegas redevelopment and home to the Smith Center for the Performing Arts, the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, and the Discovery Children’s Museum.
