I’m passionate about enabling teams to do their best work. I’ve worked with both mature companies and startups and have experience supporting both technical and creative client groups. While starting in the talent agency space, I have since worked in large entertainment, technology/SaaS and the virtual restaurant industry. I’m excited about reinventing the way we work and recently reduced the amount of Friday meetings by 63% after soliciting feedback from employees. I’ve executed performance review management cycles including communications, leader training, rating calibration & compensation oversight and in feedback collection, 82% respondents reported they were evaluated fairly. I love all things HR strategy including, data/metrics employee engagement, talent management, org design, employee relations, recruiting, learning and development and more.Outside of work you can catch me running and training my dog.
