ABOUT SAM FULTON

First and foremost, I am a dad and husband. Everything I do in my business is for them. I\'m a mortgage loan officer personally licensed in 40 states, specializing in helping self-employed buyers and veterans secure the right financing solutions, even when traditional mortgages fall short. First getting into mortgages, I had to learn some hard lessons in loan structuring. VA loans on first glance seem very easy. Full disclosure, they can be! Being ignorant in the guidelines almost cost a client their earnest money and their future home. I was blessed to have a mentor who was able to jump in and help me save the day. The veteran got the house and very much enjoy it. After this experience, my eyes were opened to how little I knew about the VA loan. This is when I decided I needed to get educated on the VA loan and know the in’s and out’s. I jumped all in. Over the years, I have come across veterans who are self employed. Some of them didn’t qualify for the VA loan for different reasons. I had to find some solutions for them. This is when I took my next step in getting specialized in self employment. This way I could better serve those who served. Specializing in self employment has allowed me to better help those who help keep our economy afloat. Not having a guaranteed pay check every other week is a hard life to live. I want to make sure that when they are purchasing a house, that stress that comes with it is alleviated.
