ABOUT SAM FROELICH

I build and scale operations in complex, regulated, operationally messy environments. My career started in transportation, where I spent 15 years traveling the country fixing broken operations for a top-5 revenue transportation company. That experience shaped how I think about messy processes, unclear accountability, thin margins, safety and compliance risk, and teams doing their best inside broken systems.Today, I apply that same operational discipline to Records & Information Management (RIM) and Information Governance (IG). I lead profitable growth across records management, document scanning, and secure destruction by bridging the gap between strategy and execution. I sit at the intersection of operations, sales, and governance, which means I’m just as comfortable rebuilding workflows and KPIs as I am helping sales teams win complex, regulated deals. What I’m known for-Turning underperforming service lines into profitable, scalable operations-Designing practical Information Governance frameworks that actually work in daily operations-Building playbooks, processes, and metrics teams can follow under real-world pressure-Coaching sales teams to move from feature selling to Challenger-style, insight-led conversations-Helping regulated organizations reduce cost, risk, and operational frictionMy philosophy is simple. Most organizations don’t struggle with Information Governance because they lack intent, they struggle because IG is disconnected from how work actually gets done. I specialize in making governance operational, defensible, and commercially viable. I work most closely with healthcare, legal, financial services, and government organizations that are trying to reduce storage and compliance costs, modernize legacy records programs, digitize without disrupting operations, exit outdated vendor and process models, and build discipline across the information lifecycle. If you’re leading operations, compliance, sales, or transformation inside a regulated environment, I enjoy connecting with people who are trying to modernize how information is managed, without blowing up the business in the process.
