Part of the Central Modelling Team that is building a unified pricing platform across all lines of business, including consistent pricing algorithms & account level views of policies.Key responsibilities:• Development and implementation of the new Sompo pricing platform using HX Renew, providing improved pricing tools across all classes.• Working with a multinational team and involving extensive collaboration with colleagues across multiple functions, including actuarial pricing teams, underwriting teams, and technology and compliance functions. • Ensuring tools add value to the risk selection process, reduce inefficiencies in the underwriting process, and drive improvements in loss ratios.• Rationalising and applying consistent pricing methodologies & practices.• Capture of granular data suitable for the continuing pricing improvement process.• Promoting improvements in the underwriting workflow, and efficiency savings in middle & back-office functions.
