I am part of a team which support multiple systems used by employees across our business.The Systems We Support Include-ResourceLink and MyView (Zellis)-Cornerstone Academy-Access Recruit-Kronos-SAPI support multiple stakeholders as part of my role, and am part of a team which monitors and completes incoming Incidents and Requests through a ticket system, as well as developmental work on our systems. I also get involved in the testing of upcoming updates and releases to our systems, building test scripts, carrying out the tests, and feeding results and updates back to the team and the business.
