Working mainly in the aviation industry, I have managed a large number of projects to successful delivery. Although not part of my roles and responsibilities, I have also provided technical consultancy for pre-sales and sales activities. This is mainly around SharePoint, SQL Server and CRM technologies. I have a team of between 5 and 10 developers and I have introduced a resource management facility to track utilisation (physical and financial). Recently, I have created a SharePoint 2013 intranet portal utilising Project Server 2013 to replace the existing Project Management processes. I also handle line management processes such as personal development plans and general HR functions.

I am a hugely experienced Software Engineer who has progressed through a career path which has taken me into Project Management (Prince 2 Practioner).
