I build teams that think critically and aren’t afraid to challenge the status-quo to get results.I’m a leader, an innovator and a strategic thinker. If you want to create a high-performing team, build something that challenges the traditional way of doing things, use technology in unique new ways or navigate challenges on the horizon – then you probably want to tap me on the shoulder.I’ve successfully lead teams of all sizes – recently leading a cross-functional team of seven to deliver a completely new program in only ten-months. I’ve repurposed technology to democratise data between the customer and my company. I’ve pulled out insights from data, sold the improvement story to staff and cut process times in half as a result.I did my MBA and CPA, CMA because I wanted new challenges. I majored in accounting; but I also minored in entrepreneurship – neither of which I knew anything about before I started the program and now I love them.I’m a data nerd. My love of data has taken me on some really cool adventures like interning at a marketing research firm working on projects for Pfizer, Coca-Cola, Cadbury and AB InBev, to pitching a video analytics start-up to Venture Capital Firms across North America: https://news.umanitoba.ca/asper-mba-pitches-winning-idea-at-cardinal/ I can call myself an award winning musician. By some strange fluke, some friends and I formed a band, made an album that won an award and then promptly went to school.
