Sectors that GIBS has particular experiential and technical knowledge include land-based and on-line casino gambling, filmed entertainment, hospitality, professional services, video game development, digital animation, health and fitness and real estate development, management and trading.GIBS generally deploys its financial and intellectual capital in businesses which are (i) beginning to generate annual recurring revenue,(ii) expanding organically or through M&A transactions and wanting to develop and execute a practicable succession plan.
