Sam has over a decade’s experience within environmental consultancy and leads the preparation and management of all stages of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) across a range of sectors, such as urban regeneration (residential, commercial), airport and motorway. He is well rehearsed in supporting projects through the Screening, Scoping and ES stages of EIA, as well as formulating strategies that identify potential risks and management solutions for the project. Sam also has a track record of managing and delivering EIAs for a range of consenting regimes for UK based schemes and has recent NSIP DCO experience in the water, solar farm and road sectors.
