I build community-rooted food systems that are fairer, healthier, and better for the planet. As Founder and CEO of Cambridge Sustainable Food CIC, I’ve spent the last decade turning ideas into infrastructure: citywide food justice networks, surplus distribution hubs, orchard and gleaning projects, community cafés, multi-agency alliances, and new CIC ventures that link climate action with social equity.I work at the intersection of policy, practice, and community — catalysing change through collaborative leadership, systems thinking, and the belief that good food is a right, not a privilege. I enjoy shaping strategy, guiding governance, designing new social-enterprise models, and building unlikely partnerships across public, private, and grassroots sectors.Awarded an MBE in 2021 for service to Cambridge and Food Justice.
