A key part of my role is to support the sales team by ensuring our CRM and opportunity pipeline is accurate and continuously up to date. This enables for a productive assistance with lead generation and follow-ups including accurate conversion of competitive quotes for existing clients into orders.Day-to-day duties are primarily managing accounts & KPI stats for key clients. This involves mainly understanding and meeting client requirements, monitoring client accounts, ensuring goods are supplied in line with the agreed credit limits and payment terms.I must also show a good knowledge and understanding of Extractability products, with the ability to disclose the many benefits of the product range and support customers on the best methods of product use.
