I am an engaging and relentlessly focussed individual, driven by exceeding both commercial and personal goals. With over 10 years of experience in operational leadership and senior leadership roles across Retail and Financial Services, I have adapted to and am familiar with challenging, fast-paced environments and programmes of work, and bring a service focussed mindset which enables me to build high-quality client relationships and coach teams to exceed deliverables. A career spanning across multiple sectors has provided me with the experience to proactively anticipate and identify the need for driving operational efficiency and excellence, and leading teams through change to increase profitability, whilst always keeping my customer and team at the heart of every decision. I have a true love for coaching & developing people to support them in reaching their own goals and being the best version of themselves.
