Legal Tracker is solution which provides matter & spend management solution for e-biling and analytics for Corporate customers who employ outside counsel to work on legal matters. Prior to this role I was the implementation service deliver Lead for Corporate Legal implementation services projects for Europe.I have experience working on diverse and complex projects, and processes with a forward-thinking approach to the management of clients and projects. I have managed project delivery teams through an entire life-cycle, from securing work with clients to delivery and invoice. I have experience working with senior management, clients and third parties. I am Prince 2 Practitioner certified and have worked within Project Management for 7 years. I also have experience operating projects using PMP, Waterfall and Agile techniques, such as Scrum and Kanban, and applications such as Teams (Planner), Jira and Microsoft VSTS.
