Joining The Honor Foundation team allows me to add value to this community by delivering assistance as they navigate the exciting shift from military service to their next adventure. The Honor Foundation is a career transition program for U.S. Special Operations Forces that effectively translates their elite military service to the private sector and helps create the next generation of corporate and community leaders. We provide a clear process for professional development and a diverse ecosystem of world-class support and technology.    Feb 2023 — Present

   The Director of Programs develops strategic programs and seamless experiences for all THF Fellows at the Virtual West campus. Coordinates all operational and delivery aspects and data collection of assigned programs and events, including THF Career Transition Institute Programs, THF Informational Sessions, and THF Special Events. Overall, the Director of Virtual Programs is part project manager, client manager, business consultant, and THF product expert. The Director of Virtual Programs focuses on helping THF’s Fellows, faculty, coaches, and mentors improve their interactions to achieve a seamless transition from military service to the private sector.
