Reporting to the UK Head of Product ManagementResponsible as UK Product Manager for all PM aspects of UK portfolio products, plans and service ideation, continuous improvement & decommission. Accountable for various in life products. Including but not limited to- Pro1, Pro2 and Pro3 premium product & proposition launches- Base router & catalogue changes with Power Hub & Basic + Super Wi-Fi bringing Wi-Fi6 ready affordable coverage - Vodafone Broadband App & features (versions 1 & 2) ensuring 200-300k unique active monthly users can self-serve reducing AHT, OPEX and complaints- Automatic Compensation Scheme & Solution ensuring VF UK adhere to Ofcom regulations, CX standards are met & credit revenue leakage is mitigated- Full Fibre rollout on multiple carriers enabling the UKs largest coverage on Gigabit ready broadband- CX Accelerator initiatives, improving our tNPS & CSAT scores to ensure customers are happy, churn is reduced & OPEX is saved- Converged & FWA products (Gigacube & Mobile Broadband) to providing rural areas are covered where fixed cannot reach, ensuring flexibility to our base- Customer Communications developed internally & working with third parties. These range from automated system triggered in life journey comms, T & Cs, Contractual Documentation, digital interface copy & comms- Diagnostics, Networks (WAN + LAN), Analytics roadmaps directly impacting Consumer HBB- Super Wi-Fi Plus product & plans bringing voice control to broadband Boosters through AWS- Various AI & automation initiatives; innovation, future readiness & inclusivityData analysis, business casing, resource/funding/prioritisation, product and process ideation & approval, requirements, design, dev, test, go to market readiness, hyper-care, post life support and continuous improvement.
