I have a proven track record of delivery in high-pressure environments: At Nationwide I was the Product lead on a multi-million pound project to launch a youth current account, FlexOne, and I am now leading the delivery of a new proposition.I’m passionate about my work: My personal commitment to launch FlexOne was integral to setting a new standard in current accounts at Nationwide and the change delivered exceeded the expectations of our CEO. My communication skills are excellent: I have presented to large audiences as a subject matter expert on numerous occasions, I simultaneously translated on live television at a pre-game press conference for a 6 Nations rugby game and I was also awarded a Diploma in Oral proficiency for obtaining a First Class grade in Italian oral exams at University.I’m a confident team player and I get the best out of those around me: I motivated colleagues on the FlexOne project to deliver the proposition to a high standard and the excellent work done has since seen the FlexOne team nominated at Nationwide’s annual awards. I enjoy increasing my responsibilities and experience: I am a volunteer for Number Crunchers at a local Primary School, helping young children improve their Maths. I am also a representative for Nationwide on Leeds University liaison project aimed at increasing the number of graduates at Nationwide.
