About Sam Colwyn

I am a Senior at Colorado Boulder. I am working on getting an Economics Major with a Minor in Business. I am very interested in Private Markets, Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. On top of school I love to hang out with friends, Snowboard, make/DJ music, play chess, golf and baseball. I value and love my connections with my family and understand the importance of these relationships. My dream is to have an amazing family, great career in business, be a productive member of society, help others, be a trustworthy friend and to make enough money to support me and my family in the future. I have coached youth baseball for multiple years as well as worked with kids aged 9-12 at summer, overnight, and day camp. One year, I was in a managerial position, where I was responsible for about 100 kids as well as other counselors. Over the last few years, I have worked on a start up company ‘Waves’, a social media and influencer app. I helped with the creation of the business and provided critical ideas throughout the startup process. I was a summer intern at Partners Group, a Private Equity company helping on there Private Wealth team, worked on another startup called Playhouse helping with the hiring process and marketing throughout college campuses as well as a Summer Intern at Monroe Capital, a Private Credit Firm!
