As the Deputy Head at Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School, I lead the development and implementation of the school\'s curriculum and professional learning programmes. With experience in education management, I have a passion for inspiring and empowering teachers and students to achieve their full potential.My core competencies include sports coaching, coaching and mentoring, teaching, leadership, and sports. I hold a Masters in Leadership from UCL Institute of Education, a PGCE in Primary Education, and a Level 3 certification in rugby coaching. In addition to my role as Deputy Head, I am also the Site Lead and DPP Coach at Harlequins, where I oversee the delivery of the Developing Player Programme at Hazelwood I enjoy applying my coaching skills and knowledge to both the classroom and the pitch, and I am always eager to learn from and collaborate with others in the field.
