Leading the Ethical Compliance programme for all direct suppliers. Leading Nomad Foods and their supply chains compliance of the Modern Slavery Act, Norwegian Transparency Act and German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. Creating and maintaining policy and procedure documents to ensure legal compliance and build best practise in the supply chain. Assessments of new and existing suppliers in line with Supplier Code of Conduct and associated policies/procedures. Sustainability gatekeeper in new supplier approval process. Engaging internal stakeholders in the Ethical Compliance programme through regular training, support and involvement in the Quality Standards Forum. Conducting supplier audits and/or managing third parties to conduct these audits. Responsible for developing and leading implementation of risk mitigation plans to close non compliances or gaps. Responsible for maintaining Nomad Foods Sustainability Risk Heatmap, aligning with/appointing risk owners and securing sign off from Executive Committee.
