I am a Partner in PwC\'s Houston M&A Tax practice with a broad range of experience in providing tax consulting advice to public and private companies in various industries, including transaction structuring considerations and due diligence. Having specialized in M&A tax for the majority of my career, including time spent on the US desk in London, I have participated in numerous M&A transactions (US domestic as well as cross-border), including acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, tax-free reorganizations and corporate restructurings, as well as strategies for preservation and utilization of net operating losses and other tax attributes.I spend a significant amount of my time working in the energy and infrastructure space with a focus on renewable energy and the IRA as well as the healthcare sector.I joined PwC in 2003, after receiving an MBA from Indiana University where I also received my BS in Business. I am a licensed CPA in Georgia and Texas and hold memberships in both the AICPA and Georgia Society of CPAs. Prior to moving to London and then Houston, I worked in PwC’s Atlanta M&A Tax practice.
