We bring greater impact to the communities we engage with, contributing to nationwide sustainable growth on a global scale.I am responsible for Global Talent Acquisition, reporting directly into the venture ownership, I have significant Board level stakeholder management exposure, acting as a Business Partner to senior Leadership groups advising and supporting them on organisational structuring, talent planning and growth delivery.Part of the United Green Group, I have successfully supported the Group grow its headcount across renewables, agriculture and core shared service functions from 12 to 100 in 4 years.Industry and regional expertise/exposure includes;PE/Investments, Renewable Energy, Agriculture and Manufacturing/EPC across UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
