We also assists individuals and companies in the southeast with sourcing deals, fee management, construction and development projects, equity and any other real estate related services.Stonehenge specializes in acquisitions, development projects and raw land for multifamily and commercial real estate. We have been working with private investors as well as pension funds to successfully close 11 developments since 2011 and assisted investors in many other deals since 2009.
