Coordination of projects with institutional funding over the entire project cycle, from application to studies, implementation,(remote) monitoring, Evaluation etc. until final report- Supporting the Vision Hope country teams in project development, program planning and in the strategic orientation of the Vision Hope programs- Strengthening structures and capacities in the program area at Vision Hope and in cooperation with local partner organizations- Coordination with consultants and volunteer support experts in the program area and, if necessary, guidance for a trainee position in the program team- Support in maintaining long-term relationships with donors- Support in establishing and maintaining partnerships with other NGOs, foundations and, where appropriate, private sector partners.
