I currently lead the recruitment drive for the following business areas within Deloitte\'s Engineering, AI & Data space: Engineering- Cloud Strategy & Transformation- Technology Programme Delivery - Platform Development & Integration - Quality Engineering - Cloud Managed Services AI- AI Strategy Governance & Architecture - AI Scaling & Transformation - Engineering & Transformation Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions- IM & W Ops & Domain Solutions - Banking/Insurance/Capital Markets Operations - GPS Transformation Strategy - Public Health Operations- Life Sciences, Consumer, ER & I & TMT OperationsRole Responsibilities- Maintaining candidate pipelines upwards of 250 candidates\'- Targeted to onboard circa 120-150 hires per annum - Work closely with the internal sourcing functions and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of pipelines- Managing full-cycle recruitment: Interview scheduling, interview feedback, offer consultations, immigration initiation and notice periods- Ensuring that applicants have the best possible ‘candidate experience’ so that they think positively of the employer even if they do not receive a job offer. This involves keeping in regular contact with the candidate and answering their queries- Provide regular data-centric insights to business leads regarding market activity within their respective space- Evaluating the effectiveness of attraction and recruitment strategies, using insights from data tools- Work closely with Senior Directors/Partners to identify a targeted recruitment campaign to attract best-in-market talent - Assist hiring managers in designing the best assessment and selection process such as: assessment centres, reasonable adjustments and coding exercises - Prepare and deliver weekly reports to Partners including: diversity/ethnicity hiring, target headcount VS actual, external suppliers costs, time between steps, projected landing dates for new hires
