ABOUT SAM BAILEY
I work with primary schools across London to help match incredible staff with rewarding long-term roles and flexible short-term supply work.I am also an MA Sociology graduate with over 15 years\' previous work experience in the charity sector. During this time, I worked for a variety of different organisations in a wide range of settings, all with a focus on supporting young people. I was a co-founder of two award-winning charities focused on supporting vulnerable young people in London (Youth Futures & Football Beyond Borders), and I have previously project-managed a ground-breaking initiative working to reunite siblings who are separated within the care system (Siblings Together).
