Understanding my customer’s business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate support or technology. •Help create quotes for different AMD customers and make sure to provide the most efficient buying experience. •Primary point of contact working with distribution partners as well as contract manufacturers to make sure all purchase orders are fulfilled accordingly. •Daily collaboration and participation in customer discovery, research, and forecasting. •Utilize Salesforce and Oracle Siebel for customer relationship management while consistently growing sales pipeline. •Ensure all orders and shipments are reaching our customers in a timely manner. Expediting business critical orders to ensure customer satisfaction while simultaneously generating upside quarterly revenue.
