Responsible for achieving all performance related to complex naval newbuilding projects from block erection until final delivery to Owners.Duties- Supervise production works ensuring that they are performed according to technical specifications and applicable rules and regulations, contractual terms and condition as well as quality standards- Identify building processes inefficiencies, restructuring workflow to increase productivity whilst implement cost-saving measures- Monitor key event developing short-term and long-term goals to ensure that works are completed within the production schedule, follow progress and revise work schedules resolving production issues- Monitor material ordering liaising with Procurement Department in order to solve timely procurement issues and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to be installed- Plan and supervise relevant inspections, tests and commissioning ensuring that they are properly completed- Ensures that Company’s safety, health and environmental procedures are observed during the building process- Manage contractors and vendors communicating delivery expectations and maintaining effective relationships- Liaise with Class & Owner representatives maintaining excellent relationships- Provide the appropriate coaching, support and performance review and feedback to the staff members consisting of 22 people leading them to achieve the project targets in a busy work environment.
