For a sustainability company controlled by BIP S.p.a. since 2024, I\'m the Team Lead of the Development Team for their main product. My core responsibilities include analysing requirements, designing and developing new features, participating in agile planning, and supporting documentation and training. I\'m deeply involved in all phases of the software development life-cycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation (using C#/dotnet), testing, deployment, and maintenance. I contribute significantly to solutions like a Domain-Oriented micro-services architecture, a data ingestion module, centralised data access functionalities, and the mathematical logic implementation for data aggregation and visualisation, along with continuous performance optimisation.I\'m involved in multiple projects from various business contexts making technical offers, computing budgets and managing teams.
