God has blessed me with incredible people in my life who have helped me get to where I am. I plan on paying it forward in my career by being a servant leader who directs a team in helping others with their needs. I love meeting new people and building relationships! Communication is my biggest skill that I possess as I have an extremely extroverted personality. With this, I have strived with all my roles in customer service over the last 5 years. Whether it be selling home improvement merchandise or educating college kids about outdoor recreational equipment, I never get tired of sharing my current passion with others. I believe showing a genuine care to strangers or customers yield to a continual trust they will have with myself. Consistent reliability is another skill I have proven through my work experience which sets me apart from sometimes even more talented competitors. Through working in the logistics or retail industry, I have had shifts that started as early as 3am and 4am but I have never missed one of those. An excellent manager must be reliant and effective in his/her demanded operations and I see myself as no exception as I have always had trust from my supervisors. I have experience in the logistics (LTL trucking) industry, home improvement/retail industry, and outdoor recreation industry. From this, I have built strong relationships with customers and I have been able to observe and shadow management in all of these opportunities. Great managers is what motivates and sculpts great employees!
