ABOUT SALVATORE SPINELLI

As a student at Rider University, I continue to learn a vast amount of skills that reflect my high quality work performance. My expectations for the rest of my college experience is to participate in more organization-leading positions and intern in multiple positions to improve my versatility. Here are some key aspects that highlight my work ethic-My five years of working in the food service industry have taught me how to be quick on my feet and strive for excellent customer service. As a server, I have gained the ability to multitask by handling multiple tables at once while managing their demands. My commitment to staying productive does not go unnoticed, as I have been a ‘model server’ for employees. A part of my job is to train new servers and ensure that they pick up on my efficient service, which has taught me patience and leadership skills-Being a part of the national fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon has allowed me to revolve my everyday life around the four fundamentals: leader, scholar, athlete, and gentleman. With these attributes, I have evolved within my chapter and taken leadership positions to further us in accomplishing our philanthropy goals. My involvement with social media and websites for our fraternity has been preparing me for my future career in luxury brand marketing.
