ABOUT SALVADOR GALVEZ
Salvador is currently a Junior at the University of Pennsylvania, and SNF Paideia Fellow, in the School of Nursing with a minor in Hispanic Studies. His passions lie in improving access and quality of care in marginalized and minority communities; Salvador hopes to serve in the quest of creating better and more inclusive methods for approaching Latinx populations in the future within the medical field. Growing up on the Southside of Chicago, he witnessed the flaws within the American healthcare system, therefore, Salvador intends to pursue a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Acute Pediatrics Oncology.
