o Engineering Director responsible for the talent development to grow headcount and address a substantial backlog in the EA Protection and Automation business unit in the U.S. Growth efforts targeted engineering, offers, customer solutions, business development, and customer care teams.o Focused on recruiting and training recent graduates in Electrical or Computer Engineering interested in advancing their skills in power systems.o Designed and implemented a 1-year rotational development program, featuring two rotations (Protection and Automation), with training conducted by Siemens Power Academy instructors in both office and classroom environments.o Partnered with Siemens Power Academy to develop custom content tailored to the current portfolio and upcoming project demands, ensuring engineers are prepared for future challenges.o Established the PA Engineering Development Program (PA EDP)-Cohort 1: Graduated 4 engineers (Dec 2024)-Cohort 2: 9 engineers graduating (May 2025)-Cohort 3: 14 engineers starting (June 2025), with subsequent cohorts of 10 engineers launching every six months for the next 4–5 years.o Intern Program: Currently with 9 interns, offering rotations across Protection and Automation teams to gain hands-on experience and tools, serving as a feeder pipeline into the EDP program.o Apprenticeship Program: Launching in Fall 2025, hiring 8–10 students enrolled in associate degree programs to support the Industrial Control Panel Assembly Workshop. This program also serves as a feeder pipeline to the EDP Program for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an electrical or computer engineering major.
