I lead the SCM team for the Mexico Deepwater Project, designed and implemented a comprehensive procurement strategy to comply contractual commitments with the Mexican government to drill 3 exploratory wells.\\\\nLead the negotiation of 84 Contracts for the Mexico Deepwater Campaign, saving more than 73 million dollars.\\\\nDesigned innovative procurement and commercial schemes (integrated drilling services, mill to rig, restocking fees, etc.) that represented economic saving, administrative simplicity and risk transferring.\\\\nLead the commercial re-negotiations with all vendors to reduce costs due to the pandemic crisis, saving additional 25 million dollars for the entire campaign.\\\\nSupported the West Africa Deep Water Campaign which included 3 exploratory Wells, two in Gabon and one in Senegal by implementing all innovative procurement and commercial schemes implemented successfully in the Mexico Campaign.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
