Responsible for managing O2’s radio network demand and capacity strategy, including a rangeof responsibilities in understanding customer experience, yield management, forecasting andstrategic planning. The goal is to understand the characteristics of the portfolio of O2 products tobuild a midterm plan which delivers the right amount of capacity on the network elements,assuring a high quality customer experience as the customer base expands and their usageincreases.• Impact assessment of the different company products and initiatives on network elements,modelling their behavior and translating their characteristics into metrics that are easilymeasured and forecasted.• Data analysis from different sources, including internal network elements but also a numberof external sources and crowdsource data platforms to understand and model the impact ofthe network on customer experience.• Data analysis from different sources, including internal network elements but also a numberof external sources and crowdsource data platforms to understand and model the impact ofthe network on customer experience.• Design and implementation of an internal forecast tool to model the impact of the products portfolio on network, via understanding customer growth and usage, and calculate the type and amount of resources to be delivered to maintain the desired level of customer experience.• Identification of new technologies or services needed in the mid/long term to support the network growth and set the strategy focused on their introduction.• Lead of a team of software developers supporting the forecasting activities, giving inputs on the processes, algorithms and metrics needed to be considered to achieve the desired outcome.• Creation and quarterly update of the annual plan to deliver the network resources identified in the forecasting analysis.• Creation and support in discussions at senior management level of the budget requirements.
